You can use the Layar app to scan my first Augmented Reality Trigger. (no need to print.) Eventually this will go on my bulletin board. Not sure how I feel about the ads it adds to my picture. Arusma is another AR app, but it only lets me link to one things. Layar will allow me to link to multiple things from one Trigger. On this picture below I linked to our interactive zeemap, blog post about the project and our class twitter page that we just started. I used Katie Ann's tutorials at Diary of a Techie Chick.
We've read a book called, Me on the Map by Joan Sweeney. Some of the activities will include learning our address, writing a letter, map skills. Check out our zeemap below. We will be updating this on a regular basis. If you would like to participate in this project, send us a note or postcard. If you include your return address we will send you a postcard.
